Participants must have a Community Center I.D. Card. This is available at the Recreation and Parks Office.
At all Centers, scheduled activities take place every day. Please call the Center for exact times of programs.
Meeting Rooms are also available to rent to residents of Clarkstown.
Please call the Community Center and speak with staff about dates and fees.
Registration is at the Administration Building, 31 Zukor Road, New City, NY during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday Evenings 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday Mornings 10:00 am -12:00 pm
If you own your home, please bring in your Driver’s license with the current address on it. If you are a current renter, you MUST provide 3 forms of residency!(see list below) If you are unable to provide a license with your current address please also bring one of the following:
1. Driver’s License
2. Car Registration – Name and Address
3. Car Insurance
4. Any recent utility bill (ie: O & R, cable, water, cell phone)
5. Tax Statement-W2
6. Current pay stub with address
7. Medical Insurance Statement; explanation of benefits
8. Social Security Statement (not the SS card)
We DO NOT accept leases or rental agreements, credit card statements, or bank statements!
Residents between the ages of 18-23 must show two of their own proofs of residency, in addition to any one of the above options from their parents.
Residents who are NOT the home owner and/or are over the age of 18 must prove their own residency.
COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED WHEN OBTAINING ID CARD FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18!

Spray Park
Pascack Community has a Spray Park for the residents of Clarkstown. The Spray
Park has various water sprays to cool off in the hot summer months. Beginning
June 1 (when temperatures are above 80°), weather permitting.
Must have a current ID card. No guests allowed.
Staff will monitor spray times during sessions. Times subject to change and are
determined by staff. Please call the center for more information.
